Pale Blue Dot is a photograph of planet Earth taken in 1990 by the Voyager 1 spacecraft from a record distance of about 6 billion kilometers (3.7 billion miles) from Earth, in the photograph, Earth is shown as a tiny dot (0.12 pixel in size) against the vastness of space.

Carl Sagan Speaks Zeitgeist

From Wikipedia:
"Zeitgeist is the general cultural, intellectual, ethical, spiritual, and/or political climate within a nation or even specific groups, along with the general ambiance, morals, sociocultural direction, and mood associated with an era."

The late Carl Sagan (1934-1996) was a hero in the scientific community and a role model for everyone else around the world. Carl Sagan's' influences carry today because his words, hence his empirical point of view, seem to be ever more appropriate in our current economic and political climate.

The video does not advocate that Carl Sagan supported The Zeitgeist Movement as he passed long before its conception. Rather, using his own words, to simply show how Carl Sagan was in line with the thoughts and direction of this movement that concerns all of human kind.
